Q: Can I pick up my online order in the store? 

A: Yes, Pick-up in person is available at the Senior School Store. Choose the "Pick Up" option on the checkout page. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Usually we need at least one business day to get your order ready for pick up. 

Q: Can I pick it up at the Junior School Store instead? 

A: Yes! When you place your order, choose the "Pick Up" option on the checkout page. When you receive your order confirmation, reply to that email with your request to pick it up at the Junior Campus.  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. This option will be available as long as we have a physical location in the Junior School campus. 

Q: Is it possible to charge my online order to a student account? 

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to process student account charges through the online store. You are welcome to visit our physical stores and use the account for your purchases. Please note that the physical stores' inventories may be different than what is available online. 

Q: The online store doesn't have enough quantity of the item I want to buy. Is there a way for me to get more? 

A: We might have more on hand, in the physical stores! To check for more availability, please contact us at 604-221-3899 or seniorstore@stgeorges.bc.ca.

Q: Can I return my purchase in the store? 

A: Yes! Present your confirmation email for the store staff to verify, and make sure that the item(s) being returned meet the return criteria. See our return policy.
