Shipping policy

Pick Up - In store pick-ups are available at the Senior School campus store, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm excluding School closures and holidays. All pick-ups are available on the next business day after the order is placed. If you would like to pick up your order at the Junior School Store please contact us at 604-221-3899.

Shipping - $19.95 CAD flat rate applies to all orders shipped within Canada and the USA. Free shipping is offered for all orders which are minimum $200.00 CAD before taxes and other additional charges.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days from the time the order is placed and will take 3 to 10 days to arrive at their destination. There may be additional delays beyond our control due to weather or postal service interruptions. 

All orders shipped to apartments or PO boxes, as well as all orders which are valued at a minimum of $100.00 CAD including taxes will not be safe dropped. A note with pick up instructions will be left on the door or mailbox.
